Marshall Maran has over three decades of experience building and scaling modern health service companies. He’s the founding CEO of Muve Health, a tech-enabled healthcare delivery organization with a network of hyper-specialized surgical facilities for total joint replacement. As CEO of M2Orthopedics, Maran is creating a platform to grow the impact and sustainability of orthopedic practice on a global scale, with doctors in the lead.

As CFO of M2 Orthopedics, Jeff is responsible for the company’s financial management functions including financial planning and analysis, capital allocation and accounting. A 15-year veteran of finance and healthcare, Jeff previously led finance for DaVita’s home dialysis business unit. Prior to joining DaVita, Jeff was the CFO of Corporate Visions, a private equity-backed B2B sales and marketing company. Jeff began his career in investment banking and private equity.

As the head of human resources, Mike is focused on positively impacting the lives of our patients, physicians and employees by supporting a culture based on empathy, transparency, accountability and service. Mike has over 25 years of progressive human resources leadership experience and has had the privilege of working for iconic, purpose driven brands like Southwest Airlines and Starbucks Coffee Co. He has led teams that supported a broad range of human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, business partnership, learning and development, total rewards, and inclusion and diversity.
